7-Day Defective Exchange

If your product experiences any technical or manufacturing issues within 7 days of delivery, it is eligible for a direct exchange for a brand-new replacement unit. Contact KeyCam on Telegram to arrange the exchange.

1-Year Warranty

New hardware products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be immediately voided if the product shows signs of:

Electrical damage or power surges (Electric shock)
Broken, tampered, or missing warranty seals
Product misuse, physical abuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or self-repair attempts
